Explorer Bees (EB) is a web and mobile based Pakistan’s first Social Media platform, offering ‘One-window-solution’ for travellers/tourists, photographers, netizens, influencers, vendors, e- commerce solution, big data optimization and digitalization of tourism and hospitality industry of Pakistan. The development of EB is based on core principles of sustainability, scalability and innovation.

Our model is sustainable, eco-friendly, inclusive and supports achievement of SDGs. Being led by a woman entrepreneur and having more than 50 % of female human resource, we are breaking stereotypes and breaking glass ceilings for women entrepreneurs from Pakistan. Our approved Trademark appears on the footer of this document. Marketing, social media, SEO, Software development, UX/IX, public relations, content writing and generation, business development, legal, security and privacy matters, roll out and outreach plans - every aspect is being catered for in our complete project plan.

Market Size

Initial Product launching Target Audience is Pakistan (TAM: 220 million), however considering the scalability, applicability, diversity, and functionality of the EB, soon other regions of the world would be targeted. SAM: Pakistan’s digital market is more than 83 million users (Source: www.datareportal.com). SOM for Explorer Bees (EB) comes out to be 60 million users. Average tourism receipts for Pakistan are USD 800,000,000 per year (Source: World Bank). Once, we launch EB outside Pakistan, then sky is the limit.

Business Projection & Targets

- EB is a highly scalable product based on ingenuity, feedback mechanism & market intelligence. Our company has a detailed roll out plan for EB, starting from the beta phase to capture of whole Pakistani market

- In the first year after the launch of EB, the target is to have 1 million users from across Pakistan. Till the third year from the launch, we aim to cater to 20 million users
- Within the first year of the launch, verified businesses & B2B partnerships are planned to reach the figure of 5,000
- EB shall be launched in other regions/ countries at the end of second year of the launch especially in Turkey, Middle East, Central Asia China and later Western countries
- By the fifth year of the launch, EB would be one of the highest grossing platforms of Pakistan and an emerging name amongst the Social Media platforms of the world
