This project compromises the design and fabrication of the Electric Bike which makes use of Electric energy as the primary source. The electrical power generated which is used to run the bike can give better fuel economy compared to a conventional vehicle, better performance, and also causes less pollution.

·         Have an onboard charging system

·         Lithium-ion Battery (60V, 20A)

·         Controller (sin-wave hall effect)

·         Convertor (high voltage to 12V)

·         Maximum Loading weight (180kg)

Outcomes/Features

·         Maximum speed 70km/hour

·         Noise-free and smooth run

·         Nature friendly

·         Pick-up 0-40km in 5 sec with 100kg weight
