Description: Currently, my research team is working on the isolation of patient specific stem cells and exploring the causative genes involve in different human autosomal recessive hereditary disorders. We are hoping to device a new therapeutic strategy via Stem Cells-based Gene therapy which will help to provide a permanent treatment to a number of inborn genetic disorders.
